About Me

David Ferrarini, LMT
Founder of MyoSage Wellness
NH LICENSE NUMBER 5016
David Ferrarini is a licensed massage therapist and the founder of MyoSàge Wellness, a practice rooted in thoughtful, integrative care that supports both the structure of the body and the regulation of the nervous system.
David graduated from the 860-hour massage therapy diploma program at Hesser College in 2013. Since then, he has spent over a decade refining an approach to bodywork that moves beyond routine techniques, focusing instead on how the body adapts, compensates, and reorganizes over time.
Rather than working from a fixed protocol, David’s sessions are guided by listening via assessment, touch, and conversation to what the body presents in the moment. His work draws from structurally based bodywork, myoskeletal alignment principles, fascial and cranial techniques, intuitive assessment, therapeutic sound integration, aromatherapy, and other supportive modalities. This allows each session to be responsive, precise, and tailored to the individual rather than limited by a single method.
David has extensive experience working with chronic pain, long-standing injuries, postural and movement patterns, and nervous system stress. He is particularly drawn to helping clients who feel “stuck” in their bodies, have tried multiple approaches without lasting change, or are seeking care that respects both physical structure and lived experience.
A core part of David’s philosophy is collaboration. When appropriate, he takes time to explain what he observes during a session to help clients better understand their bodies and participate actively in their care. His intention is not to force change, but to create the conditions that allow the body to reorganize, soften protective patterns, and move with greater ease.
David is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and remains committed to ongoing education and continued refinement of his work.
Outside of the treatment room, David finds grounding and inspiration in nature. He enjoys hiking and has spent time on the Appalachian Trail, along with fishing, kayaking, and spending time outdoors whenever possible. He also has a deep appreciation for music and sound, playing instruments and exploring how rhythm, frequency, and vibration influence the body's innate capacity to adapt.
These influences inform his calm, attentive presence and his respect for natural rhythms—qualities that are reflected in both his life and his practice.
He is very down-to-earth and always loves to laugh at a joke or two. Standing at 5'4", there's no need to be short with him; he is already there.
"When you understand what's happening inside your body, you're better able to understand what it needs to heal. I take the time to share what I notice, what I feel, and why certain approaches are used, so we can work together toward meaningful lasting change."
